Osprey at Rouge Hills: July 2022

I haven’t been to Rouge Hills for a while so decided to hike several of the trails there and see what birds I might be able to photograph. I wasn’t having much success so stood by a pond to photograph turtles.

Suddenly an Osprey appeared and I was able to take some photos:

The wingspan of an Osprey is about six foot which is about a foot less than the eagles.
