American Pipit at a windy Col. Sam Smith Park / November 15, 2019

We spotted a woman busily taking photographs of a little bird on the beach here on this windy, overcast and -1 degree morning. She excitedly told me that it was an American Pipit .. a life first sighting for her. Fortunately I was able to get a few photos before the bird flew out of sight.
