Both morning and afternoon groups had a flyover of Red-tailed Hawks today at Marie Curtis Park and heard their squealing calls.
The two groups also saw a solitary Herring Gull. These pink-footed birds are considerably larger than Ring-billed Gulls.
There was much excitement in the afternoon with Hermit Thrush, Red-bellied Woodpecker and Downy Woodpecker all being seen in the woods.
