Warm wishes to you too, Miles. From one of the walkers in the pre-photo era who very much enjoys the beautiful photos of these days.

Miles, thank you for these photos and the ongoing posts from small-town Ontario! You remind us that life continues outdoors much as always, despite our many worries. I look forward to more walks in the spring and perhaps, maskless ones in fall.
    Merry Christmas!

    What a wonderful post!
Thank you for all these posts. You have taken us to a lot of lovely places. I love the poetry at end of each post. Gives me a longing for certain values of a different time. Yet today’s world definitely has it’s own wonder and magic also.
Thank you again and have yourself a wonderful Christmas, and wishing you a happy and very healthy new year with your loved ones. They are mighty lucky to have you.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family Miles. I miss bird watching with you but hope the new year will allow us to be able to gather again safely. I hope you keep your posts coming. I love reading them and seeing who I know in your group.

Thanks MIles! Although we haven’t had a chance to join your outings in person, we follow your email reports daily and appreciate your photos, and your amazing knowledge of birds and flora and fauna, and your interest in historical sites in Ontario. We have learned so much from your reports! Thank you, thank you……..and wishing you all the best for the holiday season, and for a happy and HEALTHY (!) New Year.
