Mammal Highlight: 2 minks had quite a battle with each other for about 5 minutes as we all watched.
Species list: red-necked grebe, horned grebe, black-crowned night heron, mute swan, Canada goose, mallard, American black duck, gadwall, American wigeon, bufflehead, long-tailed duck, hooded merganser, red-breasted merganser, American coot, ring-billed gull, mourning dove, downy woodpecker, blue jay, American crow, black-capped chickadee, white-breasted nuthatch, American robin, golden-crowned kinglet, cedar waxwing, house sparrow,  northern cardinal, American goldfinch, dark-eyed junco, American tree sparrow.

Next week, the Thursday group is at Ashbridge’s Bay.  For anyone who wishes to be picked up at Greenwod TTC, I will be there at 9:40.
