People are always thrilled when a live bird alights in their hand to retrieve a seed. In winter, I carry seed with me just in case.
I visited Lynde Shores in Whitby today and saw this sign:
A previous sign recommended not feeding ducks or geese and suggested feeding only songbirds. Now Canada Wildlife has gone one step further.
