I received this note: There is a Snowy Owl back on docks of Col Sam Smith Park. Only have cell phone so white blob!
In other winters I have had good luck finding a few owls at Col. Sam:
So it was with eagerness that I drove out to the park.
Sigh! No success. I did find some birds:
