The Brown Thrasher is a bird with a strong personality and can easily be heard shouting its couplets from tree tops in the spring. There were several today at Col Sam Smith Park:
The Palm Warbler also has a brownish back but has a reddish cap and some quite yellow underparts with fine streaks on the sides:
