Holland Landing appears to be a suburban community and has no historical buildings. When Hurricane Hazel struck here in 1954, Holland Marsh disappeared under 6 – 9 m of water and the nearby village of Ansnorveldt was destroyed.
There is, however, a large forest and I had a good walk here on this day.
