Species list: pied-billed grebe, double-crested cormorant, great egret, mute swan, Canada goose, mallard, redhead, northern harrier, herring gull, ring-billed gull, belted kingfisher, common flicker, blue jay, American crow, black-capped chickadee, white-breasted nuthatch, gray catbird, house sparrow, northern cardinal, house finch, American goldfinch.

Also seen were Monarch, Mourning cloak, Sulphur and Cabbage white butterflies
